Entrar al estudio, fue como entrar al hogar. No faltaba absolutamente nada -no recordaba que no contaba con microondas, pero fue prescindible- los detalles sencillos pero puestos con mucho amor. Muy cómodo el apartamento, con un balcón donde pudimos desayunar con el sol de la mañana. Está ubicado en una zona nueva reconstruida de Dresden, pero a la vuelta de la esquina te encuentras con la maravillosa joyita que es esta ciudad tan castigada hace unos años. La disfrutamos de un lado del Elba como la Neue Stadt, maravillosa. Anastasiia se comunicó conmigo desde el primer momento y me tuvo siempre al tanto de los pagos realizados, de la manera de acceder la departamento y todos los detalles necesarios para llegar bien.

Appartement vraiment confortable et bien aménagé, très bien situé, lumineux. Équipements de qualité, avec tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine. Vraiment une excellente adresse à recommander sans hésiter. Accès très facile. S’il faut trouver quelque chose, peut-être ajouter un séchoir si on utilise le lave linge, mais c’est un détail.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartement in absolut guter Lage. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind um die Ecke. Der Balkon ist ein sehr angenehmes Plus. Bei offenen Fenster hört man die Autos und die Straßenbahn quietschen. Mit Oropax aber kein Thema. Ein Kochlöffel und ein Nudelnsieb wäre ein wichtiges Utensilien zum Kochen.

I really loved how central this property is—it made getting around incredibly easy. The balcony was a great bonus, adding a nice touch and making the space feel even more enjoyable. The apartment is a comfortable size, perfect for one or two people staying for a few days. Everything was very easy to manage, from the clear check-in instructions to communicating with the host, who was always available and helpful. The location is excellent—right in the center of Dresden, within walking distance of major attractions, and very well connected to public transportation. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and well-located place to stay The only downside I experienced was related to the building’s entry system. When someone rings the doorbell at the main entrance, it automatically unlocks the building door—but it also rings inside the apartment at the same time. This means that even though no action is required from the guest, the doorbell still goes off inside the flat. Unfortunately, this happened to me on two nights (around 4 a.m. and 1 a.m.), which woke me up. I understand this isn’t directly the host’s fault, but it did affect my sleep. It might be worth looking into whether this can be adjusted or muted during late hours.

Eine wirklich super schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Man hat sich beim Betreten direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bestens erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Dresden kommen, dann wird das wieder unsere Ferienwohnung.

Great apartment, excellent host. Would highly recommend for small families and/ or pairs that want something near to the old town of Dresden. Initial approach to get the keys feels a bit sketchy but fortunately it is nothing like it seems.

Estaba en el centro de la ciudad, era muy cómodo de llegar a todas partes . Estaba muy completo, cocina, baño, ropa de camas, etc. Realmente muy bueno. Nada. Estaba todo muy bien.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Gute und.neue Ausstattung. Es gab sogar Kaffee Pads zum Kaffee machen und Kekse 👍. Sehr nett von den Gastgebern. Wohnung liegt gegenüber des Eingangs zur Altmarkt Galerie und seinen Geschäften. Edeka nebenan und Rewe in der Nähe. Straßenbahn-Haltestelle gleich nebenan. Nachteil bei allen Innenstadtlagen: kein zugehöriger Parkplatz zur Wohnung. Aber Parkhäuser gegen entsprechende Gebühren gibt es in der Nähe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Altstadt von Meissen mit Ihren tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten war sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Schade das wir den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten.
